Machining services
We offer comprehensive metal processing services — from technological consulting and documentation analysis, through process preparation and prototype manufacturing, to serial production of components for the automotive, machinery, and food processing industries. We work on the basis of 3D models, technical drawings, and CAD/DXF/DWG files, proposing optimal technological solutions with regard to component durability, manufacturing cost, and assembly feasibility. Our offer covers the full process chain: CNC milling and turning, laser and plasma cutting, sheet metal and tube bending, conventional, robotic, and laser welding, stamping, resistance welding, shot blasting, and grinding — enabling us to produce both individual parts and complete assembly units. For our clients, this means a single, accountable partner for the entire process — less coordination, shorter lead times, and better quality control at every stage.
CNC services: milling, turning, laser and plasma cutting
In the area of CNC machining, we offer precision 4- and 5-axis milling and turning on modern CNC lathes, capable of producing both simple and highly complex geometries, including 3D components and long shafts. By utilising CAD/CAM systems, we optimise tool paths, reduce machining time, and improve dimensional repeatability — which is critical in serial production of parts for the automotive and machinery industries. Our cutting capabilities complement our machining processes: Fiber laser technology for precise cutting of shapes in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, as well as plasma cutting units, ideal for thick sheet metal where process speed and cost-efficiency are priorities.
We meet the requirements of clients for whom the safety and service life of components under real operating conditions are paramount.
Supporting processes: bending, welding, stamping, resistance welding, and finishing
To deliver assembly-ready components, we combine CNC machining with a broad range of supporting processes: CNC press brake sheet metal bending, tube and profile bending, stamping, blanking, resistance welding, and welding using various methods — MIG/MAG, TIG, robotic welding, and laser welding. By utilising a welding robot and laser welding technology, we achieve high weld aesthetics, minimal distortion, and high throughput — translating into consistent quality across larger production runs. Shot blasting and grinding of shafts and flat surfaces ensure the appropriate surface roughness and preparation for subsequent operations, such as painting or final assembly. We also design and manufacture tooling and fixtures that improve production efficiency and support our clients in implementing new engineering solutions.
